Bills Place Kevin Kolb and Brad Smith on IR

Concussions might lead to the end of Kolb’s career.

I tweeted 15 minutes ago that the #Bills placed QB Kevin Kolb on injured reserve, they also placed WR Brad Smith per @JoeBuscaglia.
