After denying that their division had anything to do with the infamous Lebron James police escort to the Justin Timberlake/Jay-Z concert, CBS Sports reports that the Miami-Dade police department has admitted that the officer involved was indeed a Miami-Dade cop. The department released a statement saying that the officer will receive “informal counseling,” but no other action will be taken.
The moral of this story is that it isn’t necessary to show off how rich and fabulous you are. We get it Lebron. Thankfully no one will be losing their job over the incident.
