Another twist in what has become the most scrutinized play in Week 1, the NFL has now come out and said that 49ers Tackle, Joe Staley, did nothing wrong when he confronted Clay Matthews and that the play should have resulted in 1st and Goal from the 3 for the 49ers. So if you were keeping up, instead of 3rd and 6 from the 10, it should have been 4th and 2 at the 6, but if everything was called right, it would have been 1st and Goal from the 3.
