The Cleveland Browns are making moves and trying to change the face and culture of their downtrodden franchise.
Adam Schefter is reporting that the Browns covet Texans bruising backup running back Ben Tate, and would like to land him to replace Trent Richardson.

Tate is not happy as a backup, and would jump at the shot to carry the load for another team.
