Jay Ratliff’s time is up in Dallas.

It was a move that had been coming for weeks, but one the Cowboys wanted to be sure about before they made it.
Ratliff has not played at all this season after being placed on the physically unable to perform list with a sports hernia and a hamstring injury.
In 2011, Ratliff signed a five-year, $48.6 million contract extension. He’s gone now.
