Kelly said he expects Michael Vick to be healthy enough to play this week, but Vick will be the backup.
Foles has completed 103 of 162 passes for 1,554 yards, with 16 touchdowns and no interceptions. His passer rating of 128.0 would break the all-time single-season NFL record if he can keep it up.
Foles will get to test himself again when the Eagles face the Cardinals on Sunday.
