Unfortunately for the Dallas Cowboys, Tony Romo isn’t the only player being monitored by the teams medical staff due to a back injury. Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant was limited in the team’s Christmas day practice because of an ongoing back issue.
Head coach Jason Garret confirmed to reporters that a nagging back injury has made it difficult for the wide receiver to finish the season. But in week 17, it is impossible to find a player on any roster that is not suffering with some type of injury. Perhaps this is why despite being in pain, Dez Bryant stated that there was “no doubt” he will play against the Eagles this Sunday for the NFC East championship.
Bryant also stated that he would see a specialist when the Cowboys season is over.
