Colin Kaepernick On Panthers: “We Owe Them”

49ers-owe-panthers

The San Francisco 49ers survived the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field, and now will head to Charlotte for a little revenge in the divisional round of the playoffs.

The Panthers beat the 49ers 10-9 in Week 10, helping to cement their status as legit contenders this season after a slow start.  That game also may have been the worst performance of Colin Kaepernick’s life.

The 49ers star was 11-22 for 91 yards and one interception.  After Sunday’s win, Kaepernick was asked about the chance to face the Panthers again and told the San Francisco Chronicle that “they owe’ the Carolina Panthers.

“We owe them,” Kaepernick said, via the San Francisco Chronicle.

Both teams will be better than they were almost 8 weeks ago.  I’m afraid the 49ers will look scarily different for the Carolina Panthers.
