This seems a bit excessive. Aaron Hernandez who is already facing murder charges may now be facing assault and battery charges for beating down a fellow inmate:

I suppose it’s also excessive to beat up a fellow inmate who is also handcuffed at the time too. I bet that inmate will never “try” Hernandez again though.
