I had no idea you could have surgery for excessive headaches, but that is exactly what Urban Meyer had. According to ESPN, Meyer had surgery to have fluid removed that was tied to a congenital arachnoid cyst.
I have no idea what it means, but Meyer has had the condition since 1998 and it was causing him to have excessive headaches. The surgery which went well will lessen that pain.
He is expected to be on the field for Ohio State Spring Practices.
