Tracy McGrady will always be that one player who should have had a great career that you tell your grandkids about but… something was always missing. According to The New Yorker writer, Malcolm Gladwell, it was his work ethic. Gladwell spoke at the MIT Sloan Sports Analytic Conference and gave his opinion on why Tracy McGrady never became great.
In other words T-Mac great physical talent was wasted due to his poor work ethic.
SlamOnline caught this tweet as well as lead me to the full discussion on MIT timeline via twitter. Do you agree with Gladwell or did Tracy do as much as he could with the injuries he sustained?
