James Harden is in a tough spot, he’s back tracking his previous must win situation to calling Game 3, their season.
“Game 3 is our season,” Harden said. “If we don’t win that one, it will be really hard to get a win in Game 4.”
“It’s basketball – making shots,” Harden said
This was previous to Harden’s heated discussion with a reporter which lead to him calling the reporter a “weirdo”. Luckily for Harden, Mchale agrees with him stating:
“We had better get there, but as I told the guys, ‘it’s the first team to four (wins), not the first team to two,’”
Harden is looking to make the Rockets a deep threat in the west, its not just up to him to but the entire team. Guess we will see Friday at 9:30pm in Portland if everyone feels the urgency like Harden does.
