All the talk concerning the Eagles and the NFL Draft is centering on the team trying to trade up to select LSU’s Odell Beckham. Former Alabama All American, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, is doing his best to change the Eagles mind.
Clinton-Dix recently sent a text message to Eagles director of player personnel Ed Marynowitz, a former Crimson Tide recruiter. The message was simple.
“I told him to tell them to come get me, please,” Clinton-Dix said Wednesday, via CSN Philly. “Whatever it takes.”
The former Crimson Tide star has a feeling the Eagles would need to trade up to snatch him.
“When I left there,” Clinton-Dix explained, “I felt like they felt like they might need to draft up to get me.”
