The saga around Donald Sterling continues to rage on.
After Donald left that WWE rant voicemail in which he called a doctor a tramp, it was bound to come out what that doctor really felt about the situation and saw while evaluating Sterling. Acording to court documents obtained by TMZ, Sterling knew full well that he was there for an Alzheimer’s test and Shelly was present:
TMZ Sports has obtained a letter written by the examining doctor to Shelly Sterling‘s lawyer, Pierce O’Donnell. According to the letter, the doc met Donald at his house on May 22. Shelly was also present.
The doctor writes, “I asked him if he knew why I was there, and he said, ‘I think so.'”
Here is where it gets complicated. At this point it is hard to tell if Sterling knew he was being evaluated for the purposes of being stripped of his team. I’ll go out on a limb and say that’s what his lawyers are going to argue.
This thing is far from over.
