Marshall Henderson is so passionate at times that it causes his brain to shut down on occassion. The former Ole Miss guard is trying to land a job in the NBA, but gave an example of just how far he’d to go to accomplish that goal.
Sports Illustrated’s Luke Winn sent out this tweet earlier quoting Henderson describing how bad he wants to play in the league.
"I told my agent, I'd strap on a bomb and go to Afghanistan to play." — Marshall Henderson, on his pro future pic.twitter.com/fU78kAB92Z

In Henderson’s defense, he did try to clarify his remarks with Winn once it registered in his brain that the comment could be considered offensive.
"I should have said bomb vest." — Marshall Henderson, on way out

Using terrorist analogy to describe how bad you want to play professionally isn’t the brightest of things to do.
