When a woman found a text message from another female on her boyfriend’s phone, deputies said she became upset, pouring bleach on him and his belongings.
Spartanburg County deputies were called to the couple’s Fortune Drive home on Wednesday where the victim reported the fight.
The victim told deputies Ayisha Morrison, 21, began screaming at him about the text message, so he started gathering his belongings to leave.
But Morrison grabbed a bottle of bleach, pouring it on him and his clothes, according to the deputy’s report. Deputies said he tried to grab the bottle and the struggle continued, sloshing bleach on both of them.
When he walked outside, Morrison grabbed a bottle of lighter fluid and tried to spray it on him and hs bags to light him on fire, according to deputies.
She has been charged with one count of criminal domestic violence.
