Team USA’s average margin of victory is 33.1 points a game, but this team isn’t striking fear into people’s hearts as you would expect.
The Americans are fresh off a 43-point win over Slovenia, but even Slovenia’s head coach hinted at the USA squad being beatable.
“They are a good team but not unbeatable,” Zdovc said of the Americans. “It will be interesting to see this [semifinal] game.”
Coach Krzyzewski was asked about their dominance moving forward.
Do you think, Coach, that this USA team is unbeatable?
“Oh, no,” Krzyzewski said. “No. No.
“We’re beatable. There’s no question about it.”
Team USA is set to face off against Lithuania tomorrow in the semifinal.
