The Bills have announced that they have placed RB CJ Spiller on the IR with designation to return list, per Pro Football Talk. Spiller suffered a broken collarbone in Sunday’s comeback win over the Minnesota Vikings. It appeared that Spiller would have to take over the rushing load after Fred Jackson was carted off the field earlier in the game with a groin injury. Spiller broke his collarbone after being chased down and tackled at the end of a 53 yard run. The Bills are giving spiller a designation to return with the hopes that he can heal up and come back for a potential AFC playoff run.
