Panthers RB DeAngelo Williams has missed most of this season with injury, but it was finally announced today via the Panthers official Twitter page that Williams would play on Thursday against the Saints. The Saints official Twitter page responded with a RT, so Williams wasted no time in getting some Twitter trolling time fitted into his day.

This would actually be funny except that Williams forgot that the Panthers aren’t exactly anything to write home about this season either. Technically the Panthers are in 1st place in the NFC South, which doesn’t say much. With that being said, the Saints just came off an offensive explosion against a very respectable Packers team. When it’s all said and done Thursday night, one of these teams will have the last laugh.
