The Dallas Cowboys and Monte Kiffin have decided to go their separate ways in 2015. Kiffin served as assistant head coach/defense, a title that was giving to him after he served as defensive coordinator for the team in 2013.
Kiffin, who turns 75 later this month, had no plans to retire and would like to continue coaching in some capacity.
Monte Kiffin: "Some people retire at an earlier age. … But I just love coming to work, putting on tape."

Kiffin has coached for 28 years in the NFL and 14 of those teams have made the playoffs.
