Cindy Boozer filed docs in the case in which she explains she will be deposing an alleged mistress of her husband named Amesha Smith, who online blogs have labeled as Carlos’ side chick for years. Cindy explains she will be taking Amesha’s deposition, which means she will be grilling the woman under oath about her relationship with Carlos and if they had sex during the time he was married. The divorce doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon and the case is still pending in Florida Court.
