Sharper essentially has to plead guilty to everything in multiple states to be able to receive his global plea deal which will only have him serving 9 years in jail.
Here are the Federal charges he had to cop to.
Former NFL safety Darren Sharper pleaded guilty in a New Orleans federal court on Friday to three counts of conspiracy to distribute drugs with the intent to commit rape, reports the New Orleans Advocate.
Authorities charged Sharper and another man with distributing the drugs alprazolam, diazepam and zolpidem—more commonly known by the brand names Xanax, Valium and Ambien, respectively—with the intent to commit rape.
He has to plead guilty to two more counts of rape in a Louisiana state court and then he should be done.
