After losing out of the starting spot at running back to Samaje Perine this past year, Oklahoma junior running back Keith Ford has decided to leave the program and transfer.
Ford is a former blue chip recruit from Cypress, Texas who opted to go north of the Red River for his college career, but after being banged up during the season and running into some trouble this offseason, he is looking for a fresh start.

As long as Ford is able to take care whatever off the field issues he was dealing with this spring, I have no doubt he will be able to find a home and try to make the best of what is left of his college career. It wouldn’t surprise me one bit if he made his way back to Texas and decided to continue his career closer to home.
