2 time Super Bowl Champion Ben Roethlisberger sees a lot of potential in this year’s offense, having him to consider if it’s the best offensive team he has played with.
Roethlisberger spoke with ESPN on his crazy weaponry of an offense.
“I hate to say yes or no, because I don’t want to offend anybody else that’s been here,” Roethlisberger said, via ESPN.com. “But you look at stats from the NFL, we had the No. 1 wide receiver and the No. 1 overall back. Kind of hard to argue with those numbers.”
It’s no secret Le’Veon Bell is arguably the best running back outside of a healthy Adrian Peterson, and wideout Antonio Brown is a no brainer top 3 receiver in the league. Not to mention a reliable tight end in Heath Miller, and young big recievers in Martavis Bryant and Markus Wheaton with a great offensive line, one would consider them the elite offense in the AFC.
A gunslinger with a cannon of an arm in Big Ben likes what he sees, and could be in store for a big year.
