This maybe more worrisome to Diddy than actually going to jail. Diddy was hit with three felony accounts from his altercation with UCLA strength Sal Alosi. Alosi has been riding Diddy’s son Justin for years because of Diddy’s celebrity and it just reached a boiling point.
There are two likely outcomes. Either the charges are fully dropped, which is what UCLA wants or Diddy takes some sort of plea deal. Don’t expect him to do any jail time.
If it is the latter not the former, Diddy could still be in some hot water. Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau has a rule that if you are convicted of a felony within 5 years of getting your license, you can’t be involved in the liquor business.
Diddy will have to make sure if he does take a plea deal everything are low-class misdemeanors or he might have to give up his partnership with Diageo, the company that produced Ciroc and DeLeón.
