Gabbert is making a case to be the 49ers’ quarterback next season, and Anquan Boldin believes he can get the job done.

“I think so,” Boldin said. “His body of work the last couple of weeks speaks for itself. You don’t play the way that he’s been playing just by luck.”
Boldin made those comments on NFL Network.
Gabbert has completed 63 percent of his passes on the season — averaging 240.8 yards per game — five touchdowns throws with three interceptions.
