The Clevealnd Browns and Houston Texans both need quarterbacks — and Saturday’s AFC Wildcard opener provided Mike Tirico of ESPN, a hilarious Segway into some major league trolling.
The Browns let Hoyer walk in the offseason — signing Josh McCown — as Johnny Manziel sat in a rehab facility working out his problems.
Hoyer eventually signed with the Texans — and ultimately helped lead them to the playoffs — after outlasting Ryan Mallett.
Tirico found himself mocking the Browns — for choosing to keep Manziel — who’ll live in infamy for his weekend trip to Vegas, dressed as Billy Manziel.

Soon after that compliment from Tirico — Hoyer had a melt-down behind center — tossing two awful interceptions.
