Cardale Jones is one of the few athletes who doesn’t mind sharing his thoughts on different topics. This time Jones went to Twitter to express his beef with the NCAA.
I'm so happy to be done with the @NCAA and their rules & regulation. They do any & everything to exploited collegiate athletes.

It's deeper than athletes thinking we should get paid. The @NCAA control our lives with insane and unfair rules.

Why shouldn't a collegiate athlete be able to use their OWN likeness/brand to benefit themselves but yet the @NCAA can sell there jerseys🤔

That's my 2cent on the @NCAA .It's not like that's going to change how the athletes are exploited, even tho 98% of people feel the same way

No doubt Jones has a point, but my only issue with his tweets are that I wish he would have spoken about this more while he was in college rather than wait until he left. Of course he may have faced punishment if he had done it while playing, but Jones was already considered an NFL prospect regardless.
If only more star college athletes who knew they were going pro would take a stand during their playing days in college this situation could resonate more, and benefit more college athletes in the future.
