Marshawn Lynch on if He’s Coming Out of Retirement (Video)

Marshawn Lynch is showing the world small bits and pieces as he settles into life after football. Lynch brought a style and flair to the game that left many appreciating him as a player — while holding onto hope that he might get the urge to play for his hometown Oakland Raiders.

Lynch sat down for a rare joint interview with Sports Illustrated and 60 Minutes — which will air in full on Tuesday’s 60 Minutes Sports on Showtime where he delved into life as a businessman, the origin of his hard running style and definite answers on whether he’ll return to the game.

“I’m retired. Is that good enough? Which camera do you want me to look into? This one? I’m done,” said Lynch, per Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times.

“No, I’m done. I’m done,” Lynch said, per SI Wire. “I enjoyed my time playing, now it’s time to watch my cousins do their thing.”

Lynch — the 12th overall pick in the 2007 draft by the Buffalo Bills — rushing for 9,112 yards and 74 touchdowns in his career — most with the Seahawks.
