In our country, the tension between civilians and police are at an all-time high.
However, what Subway worker Tanis Ukena allegedly did to an officer is totally out of line to say the least.
Tanis Ukena, who works at a Layton, Utah branch of the sandwich shop, was arrested on charges of giving a poisonous substance to a uniformed officer.
As the officer left the Utah branch, he felt impaired and struggled to stop at a red light. Ukena is being accused of sneaking meth and THC into the cop’s lemonade.
‘In the video, (Ukena) is seen filling the drink portion of the order at the drive-up fountain area,’ the report states. ‘For some unknown reason, he walks away from the fountain machine out of camera view. He then returns to the drink where he is seen spending what seems to be an unusual amount of time getting it ready to deliver to the sergeant.’
Ukena is being held on $10,000 bail.
