For five nights protestors have taken over the streets of Uptown Charlotte demanding answers for the killing of Keith Scott by a local police officer. Businesses have shut down and the usually bustling Epicenter and surrounding areas have been deserted. Those demanding answers have successfully interrupted business as usual and have no plans on stopping – not even for the NFL.
According to local reporters, organizers handed out these instructions Saturday night.
This note is circulating around Uptown. "There will be no games played until we see a gun falling from Mr. Scott's hand"

What bigger stage to make sure that your voice is heard than on than the NFL? Protestors know this and plan to use it.
The NAACP has also called for protestors to gather at Johnson C. Smith at 11:00 in order to march to the stadium.
On Friday, tickets to Carolina’s game against Minnesota were at a season low $44 and falling. I won’t be surprised if the usually sold out Bank of American stadium is half full and lively Uptown is eerily reserved.
As of 8:45 only five protestors were at the meeting place, but I expect many more will be in the area before and after kick-off.
