Leave it to TMZ to get down to business and find out what happened, according to Azealia Banks. The rapper was tossed out of Russell Crowe’s dinner party.
Russell Crowe’s dinner party for 10 people was quickly interrupted after reports say that RZA’s plus one, Azealia Banks, started to complain about the music being played. Crowe quickly tossed her out and there are people saying she threatened some folks there. Banks has broken her silence and shared her side of the story with TMZ. She also has cut off RZA for good. It’s clearly just another day in the life of unnecessary celebrity drama.
“There was a lot of trying to put me on place. I’m just as quick and witty and sharp when it comes to male’s egos and bruising male egos. I guess maybe the joke was a little too real. Then you’re getting choked and spit on and getting called a n**ger.”
She also touched upon the fact that the witnesses sided with Russell Crowe and spoke about RZA not defending her.
“What do I say? If I did something f*cked up at my party and 9 witnesses there, of course they’re going to side with me, lie for me. RZA doesn’t have that much cloud. RZA just stood there like a chump.”
