Rapper Megan Thee Stallion posted a series of Instagram Stories on Saturday accusing her boyfriend, Dallas Mavericks guard Klay Thompson, of cheating and questioning his ability to remain monogamous, according to screenshots widely shared on social media.
In the posts, which have not been independently verified by The Associated Press but match screenshots circulating on X, the 31-year-old Grammy winner wrote: “Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got ‘cold feet’ Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season now you don’t know if you can be ‘monogamous’???? bitch I need a REAL break after this one .. bye yall.”
Neither Thee Stallion nor Thompson, 36, has publicly responded to the posts as of Saturday afternoon. Thompson, a four-time NBA champion who was traded from the Golden State Warriors to the Mavericks in 2024, has not commented on the matter on his verified social media accounts.
Thee Stallion and Thompson first sparked dating rumors in the summer of 2025 and made their relationship public in July. The couple has since appeared together on red carpets, including at Thee Stallion’s Pete & Thomas Foundation gala in New York, and has shared photos indicating they moved in together. Thompson has referred to the Houston native affectionately in interviews, and Thee Stallion has spoken positively about finding love after focusing on her personal healing.
The posts come amid a backdrop of persistent online rumors about the couple’s relationship. Earlier claims in March that Thompson had accused Thee Stallion of cheating with a teammate were debunked as originating from edited video clips and parody accounts.
