When you speak to those who arrive to New York City for the first time, they’re mesmerized by everything they see. Mindaugas Kuzminskas signed a deal with the Knicks back in July and he compared his arrival to the film Home Alone 2.
The NBA season is set to go underway in the next week as preseason games are starting to wrap up shortly. The newest Knick, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, was certainly taken back by the city when he first came to the states. In fact, he had a terrfic way of comparing his arrival. He compared it to Home Alone 2.
“I felt like Macaulay Culkin from ‘Home Alone (2)’ the first evening when I just landed,” the 27-year-old Lithuanian told the NBPA’s Jared Zwerling. “My family wasn’t with me. I was with my agent. I was jet-lagged and I was walking and looking at the skyscrapers, like, ‘Wow.'”
This is probably what he felt like.
