According to KCRG in Iowa, Christopher Cummings asked his neighbor for her wi-fi password which she declined to provide. When the unidentified neighbor left her apartment unattended Cummings entered through a window and searched her home attempting to find the code. The resident returned home, found him in the apartment and contacted authorities.

Christopher Cummings faces a 3rd degree burglary charge a Class D felony. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.

Let this be a lesson to internet addicts. Next time hit Starbucks, or a Library, or Coffee Bean, or even Office Depot. Just don’t break into your neighbor’s home.
