In a sport, that has a plethora of players with high charisma and aura embodied within them, the position of punter is typically an individual with little to no swagger at all.
However, that’s not the case with Oakland Raiders punter Marquette King, who looks like a skilled player that happens to have a special leg. After big punts, King has been seen celebrating like no other.
Unfortunately, King’s antics has cost Oakland unsportsmanlike conduct penalties in back-to-back weeks, which has head coach Jack Del Rio very upset. He informed the media how he was never flagged for an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty throughout his 11-year playing career as a linebacker.
“And now we have two [unsportsmanlike penalties], in back-to-back weeks, from the punter,” Del Rio said.
