After years of sinking the ball in the hole (pause) golf’s Grand Master Tiger Woods is sporting his own hole, on top of his head.
Joining Scott Van Pelt on SportsCenter to promote his new book, The 1997 Masters: My Story, Woods squirmed a little when Van Pelt jokingly questioned him about his vanishing hairline and suggested he join him “at home” aka by going bald. In defense of Tiger, and his hairline, he was a good sport about answering and added his own punchlines.
“I’ve been telling you bro for a long time, I’m your GPS,” Van Pelt said, rubbing his head, “and I just want to know, when are you just going to come home, man? It’s time to come home!”
Woods responded:
“I’ve got my helipad up top, and I’m very happy with that.”
Fair enough. Not everyone is blessed with a hairline thicker than Luke dancers. As long as he keeps a can of Dax handy he’ll be able to lay it down.
