OJ Simpson is a money-making machine.
He has been for the last 20 plus years. There are so many people we would have no idea who they were if it wasn’t for OJ Simpson.
Granted the reason for that is because the crimes he has been accused of and the ones he is in jail for, but don’t let anyone fool you into thinking the only reason these TV shows, documentaries and books are being done just because they want the story to be told.
People just want to get PAID.
For the first time since 2013, the public will see O.J. Simpson live next week when he appears at a televised parole hearing.
The hearing will take place at 10 a.m. PT on Thursday, July 20, from Nevada and will be broadcast in a video pool, with networks including ESPN airing it live.
ESPN’s Jeremy Schaap will anchor a special 90 minute “Outside the Lines” on Thursday about the events surrounding the hearing. Earlier this year, the network won its first Oscar for the highly-accalimed “30 for 30” event series, “O.J.: Made in America,” directed by Ezra Edelman.
While he is the dumbest person alive for giving himself into this situation, the punishment in this case never fit the crime.
How do you put someone in jail for this long for getting back stuff stolen from them?
We will see soon if he gets paroled. If he does he will have an almost $3 mil nest egg waiting for him that no one can touch.
