A Texas dad said he discovered his teen having sex with a teacher in the back seat of a car, police said.
Rachel Gonzalez, 44, was nabbed by Bay City police on Dec. 22 for allegedly having a relationship with a student, cops said Tuesday.
She is out on bond.
