GRONK’S Value Will Never Be Higher
In the NFL, most careers are established slowly, month-by-month.
Rob Gronkowski has had many seasons where the Patriots would’ve been able to get the farm for him, had they sought a trade. But, he’s also had a few coming off a serious injury where the haul would’ve been significantly less. He’s as healthy as he’s been for a while & if the Patriots are listening to offers, (as reported) then there will never be a better time to move him.
Of course, he could start off next season with three 100-yard games & 3 TDs, but he could also fall hard on his back, or elbow, or take a shot to his knee. One more big-time injury, & the Patriots probably wouldn’t be able to get anything higher than a meaningless draft pick for Gronk.
