The man responsible for shooting the Las Vegas video of Kevin Hart cheating on his wife Eniko has been arrested for extortion.
NBC 5 Chicago reports Los Angeles prosecutors have formally charged Jonathan Jackson with attempted extortion and extortion by threatening letter. According to prosecutors, Jackson attempted to extort Hart for an undisclosed amount of money before attempting to sell the video to celebrity news websites.
Jackson is currently being held on $100,000 bail. Lisa Bloom, who represents the woman in the video Montia Sabbag, maintains the video was shot secretly of her client.
