Ex-NFL TE Kellen Winslow Jr. is up against some very serious charges.
According to TMZ Sports, Winslow is looking at:
2 counts of kidnapping with intent to commit rape
2 counts of forcible rape
1 count of forcible sodomy
1 count of forcible oral copulation
2 counts of residential burglary
1 count of indecent exposure
According to the laws of the United States of America, Winslow is looking at life in prison.
As of right now, it is unclear as to whether or not this arrest has anything to do with Kellen’s arrest last week, which we reported on here at BSO, for breaking into a mobile home park.
The San Diego D.A. confirmed the circumstances surrounding Winslow’s arrest to TMZ Sports this evening:
A warrant was issued this morning for Kellen Winslow II’s arrest and he was taken into custody by San Diego Sheriff’s Deputies Thursday afternoon.
Kellen Winslow Jr. is the son of Hall of Fame TE Kellen Winslow Sr. of the San Diego Chargers.
In 2007, Winslow was a Pro Bowler for the Cleveland Browns.
Today, Kellen Winslow Jr. is property of the Vista Detention Facility in San Diego, California.
