Former Eagles and Browns Linebacker Mychal Kendricks might still have a future in the NFL even after being involved in insider trading which carries federal charges. A 25-year sentence is what he could be receiving. He was cut by the Browns last month in the midst of the scandal.
According to Field Yates of ESPN, the Seahawks have visited with Kendricks. He is not facing any particular punishment from the NFL for some reason so the signing is free game for both parties.
Seattle Linebacker K.J. Wright is dealing with injuries so it would make sense to add Kendricks to add depth to that position. The con to the signing would be Kendricks eventually heading to prison.
