TMZ reported that Rae Carruth has made the proper arrangements to move from North Carolina to Pennsylvania. Carruth was released on Monday after 18 years in jail for putting out a hit on the mother of his child Cherica Adams.
Adams died, but his son lived and has major disabilities because of the incident.
There were reports that Carruth wanted to be in his son’s life, but BSO sources tell us the reason he is moving to Pennsylvania is fairly simple and two-fold.
Carruth feels he is too well known in the Carolinas and simply can’t live the quiet life he would like to. The second reason is he is going to respect Ms. Adams grandmother’s wishes for him to not have any contact with his son.
Carruth has some family and friends in Pennsylvania where he is going to try to make a fresh start out of his life. BSO has been told he would like to mentor the youth to make sure none of them make the same mistakes he made.
