50 accuses his former lawyers of not doing everything they could to defend him. He believes they could have obtained information from an internet provide which he claims would prove he didn’t leak the sex tape first.
50 cent believes if Rick Ross was deposed the jury would have ruled in his favor. He also claims he would have never had to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Reed smith denied the allegations of any wrongdoing in the case.
Rick Ross is scheduled to be deposed on March 25.
In the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak, 50 Cent is trying to push the court date back to another date but, Reed Smith is demanding the March 25 deposition to continue on.

Reed Smith argues, “Remote technology can allow Mr. Jackson’s counsel to question Mr. Ross in real- time, to observe his facial and physical responses to questions, to introduce documents, and to question Mr. Ross about them. Conducting the deposition remotely will also be less costly—and far safer—for all counsel to this adversary proceeding who live and work in New York and Connecticut. Mr. Ross’s deposition can also be conducted remotely by telephone.”
The judge hasn’t made his decision yet.
