After every season, the NFL competition committee decides what new rules to keep and if they want to add any new rules.
One new rule they implemented for last season was the pass interference replay rule. Teams could challenge to see if pass interference should have been called or not. It wasn’t really a popular rule because the refs would rarely overturn their on field decision.
No need to worry about that anymore. According to NFL Network’s Judy Battista, the competition committee will not pass the pass interference rule again when they vote in May.
I personally think it was a good rule but if the refs refuse to accept that they were wrong and overturn their on field decision then its just a wasted rule.
