I had to read this police report several times and I am still shaking my head.

Here is the short version (you will want to read the long version). Basically Sean Lamont Brooks is a hairdresser in Maryland.

He told one of his male clients he could hook him up with one of his female friends for oral sex.

When he drove the victim to the park, Brooks left the scene and came back dressed as a woman. The victim wasn’t sure if it was a man or woman, because the alleged woman had very big hands and a beard, but let the person give them oral sex.

There was another encounter at an apartment that is even wilder.
