A judge has ordered rapper, Rick Ross, to pay the mother of their two children together, Briana Camille $8,500 a month in temporary child support.
According to Bossip, Judge Christopher Edwards ordered Ross to pay $8,500 last week in court. $6,000 of the child support will go towards caring for the couple’s two kids, Berkeley, three, and Billion, who is almost two, while $2,500 will pay for a nanny to help with the kids. Camille has a high-risk pregnancy with the couple’s third child, and she needs the extra help.
Camille and Ross were also using a nanny for their two children before Ross, their relationship ended, and Camille and the kids moved out.
Ross was also ordered to pay $40,000 towards Camille’s legal fees and $23,337 for out of pocket expenses. This includes $2,000 a month in groceries, $1,500 in rent, and $600 in phone expenses – including service for an iPad she said Ross insisted they get for their oldest child, the order states. Ross will also be responsible for the kids’ health insurance.
In the order, it was revealed that Ross tried to downplay his income and refused to hand over his financial records to Camille’s attorney. The court, however, found out that Ross owned several businesses, and his income was significantly higher than $30,000 a month.
Camille meanwhile was making $142 a month according to the court order.
Both sides are due back in court next month.
