Video: Old Story About Mike Gundy Calling Black Opponents N*ggers When He Was QB at Oklahoma State; Gundy Said It Wasn’t True Because He Had Black Friends

It is one thing if it is just one player that said Gundy did it.

It is another thing when multiple players on the same team independent of each other say you said it. Gundy was a terrible college quarterback and was getting beat down by the Colorado Buffaloes when he apparently started dropping N-bombs.

Here is the old story about it.

Linebackers Kanavis McGhee and Alfred Williams and several other black CU players claimed Gundy made the remarks during

the second-ranked Buffaloes’ 41-17 victory over the Cowboys on Saturday at Lewis Stadium.

“When he said it to me, I was kind of surprised,” said Williams, who sacked Gundy twice. “I never said anything back, but before halftime I talked to one of their running backs and told him to talk to Gundy. I didn’t hear anything the rest of the game.”

Shannon Sharpe called Williams and confirmed it happened.

Are you surprised?

Gundy has been in the news lately over supporting a racist TV station OAN.
