Video: Ex-NBA Player Daniel Gibson And Keyshia Cole Finally Settle Their Divorce After Years Of Fighting It Out

Keyshia Cole and former NBA player Daniel Gibson’s divorce is finally settled.

It took years but according to the Blast the two have finally reached an agreement after Keyshia filed for divorce in 2017 and Gibson saying they split in 2014.

In the petition, the singer requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Daniel Gibson Jr. Daniel responded to the divorce months later. The case dragged on for years despite the singer publicly saying she wanted to finalize it. At one point, Keyshia said Daniel’s lawyers needed to change their position on child support and custody.

Back in December, the judge presiding over the divorce ordered the former couple to show up to court. He was tired of the case being delayed for months and warned them to wrap it up. The documents read “This is your FOURTH AND FINAL NOTICE.” Both had to appear in court or face being hit with a fine.

Hopefully the two can move on now because it was a messy few years.
